DR series pumps can transferfluid up to 400C, dedicated to high-temperature hot oil heating heat medium occasions or similar environment, the oil bath and cooling systems designed to ensure the bearings and magnetic drice components of life, has been widely used in the petrochemical industry, is an ideal high-temperature hot oil circulation pump.

Design feature:

Single-stage single-suction centrifugal structureThe installation bearing surface is on the horizontal surface of the axis line.Unique thermal cooling system, according to the temperature of different structures heat the the media, if necessary, the use of cooling water pump for circulating fluid such as a stent and cooling, water pipes each 0.3-0.7m3/h, pressure 0.2-0.3MPa.When cooling the magnetic rotor position with external circulating fluid, the pressure should be higher than the pump cavity pressure 0.07-0.1MPa; if conveying vaprrizing medium, it should be higher than the vaporization pressure 0.175-0.2Mpa.

This pump is suitable for conveying the temperature to 400C heat transfer fluid.

This pump can also convey low-temperature fluid of -100C. adopting 316 stainless steel for constant low-temperature occasions.
